I''ve been thinking about goals. My ultimate goal is a lifestyle change. A complete makeover. My goal is to change my eating habits to a healthy balanced way of eating. To incorporate a balanced exercise plan into my daily activities. To take each day as just that. A day to start anew. A day to begin again. A day to move forward. To be present. I will not beat myself up over slip ups. I will not obsess over numbers on a scale. I will celebrate non scale victories and be proud over elated moods ...
