Introduction Text I have gotten a "spare tire" over the years now I am ready to lose it .. I realize it didn't happen overnight , and I wont lose it overnight .. I do believe with the help of sparkpeople and the friends I have gained along the way that it will be coming off.. I'm exercising more , drinking more water, feel like I am eating healthier , so guys , gals , lets join each other and do this huh ? I'm motivated come on ..
