Introduction Text My name is Heather, I'm 34 years old and still fighting my battle with weight. However, as I grow older I learn so much more about what it means to live a healthy lifestyle. I have all the tools I need, so it's time to focus, make each day count, don't let slip ups throw me to the curb but keep running and persevere.





I'm a 34 yr old SAHM Native American of Maine, I have THREE children, Myles age 13, Madyson age 10 and Merrick age 5. And an amazing husband! I love nature, hiking, camping, canoeing.
