2014: I lost 40 pounds from 2011-2012. In the past few years, I started a new career, had some tragic things happen in my personal life, and just got out of eating right and exercising. I had trouble getting motivated in 2013, but I am ready now!

I began my journey again on July 14. My beginning weight is 165. My goals for this year:
-Weight Goal: 115 by December 31
-Fitness Goals: Exercise at least 3-4 times a week, complete Couch to 5K, include strength training during my workouts
-Nutrition Goals: Eat clean 90% of the time, eat at home at least 6 out 7 nights a week

Mentally prepare yourself that the scale will not always move each week, in fact some weeks it may go up some. This is normal. This does not mean that you are not on the right path. Stay focused and know that if you are consistent you will see results. Nothing is more important in this journey than persistence!!
