It's Motivational Monday, and the beginning of a new month. I hope you have assessed your progress, and adjusted your goals. Let's make May our motivational leap forward!
M - Momentum is necessary, fuel yours daily with positive thinking. O - Obstacles are not meant to stop you; but help you change direction to the right path. T – Take each day one choice at a time. I – I can do this; I know I can. It’s going to take patience, and constant commitment. V - Victory is not won in miles, but in inches. Inch by inch it’s a cinch! A – A positive attitude is your best daily companion. T – The lessons are in the journey, and not the destination. True joy is in the trip. I – Imagine what you can do in just 30 days! O – Obstacles are rarely the same size tomorrow as they are today. Keep moving forward. N – Notice and celebrate the little victories - they matter. A – Adversity is the diamond dust God uses to polish His jewels. L – Live each day as if it were your last.
M - Minute by minute - you can win it! A - Attitude determines your altitude. Keep yours positive. Y - You can do it!

Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. Ten teams participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.
