Caiti J
I'm Caiti and after my first round with Sparkpeople and losing 110 pounds, I'm back for round 2. This time I am starting at 160 after the birth of my second child. I am unsure of my actual weight progress as my scale never says the same weight twice and I am talking like a 10-15 pound difference every time :/. My cardio progress is already better than what I could do pre pregnancy,so i figure that I must be well on my way back to 135 :)

My Goals:
I want to weigh in at 125. I want to find a better job.
I want to be a success story, it would be a dream come true!
My Program:
I eat between 1,200-1,300 caloreis a day. I eat every two hours, and plan each of me meals at the beginning of the day, so that I am not tempted to over eat or munch on things I should not eat.
I try to burn at least 1,510 calorie or more per week.
Personal Information:
My name is Caiti, I'm from Tennesse. I'm here to continue my weightloss efforts. I started at 242 pounds and on my own lost a measly 19 pounds over a one year period...since starting SP in the same amount of time I have lost a whopping 91 pounds!!!
Other Information:
Over time I have found that weight loss isn't so difficult, for me, it's al a matter of keeping track and being accountable. Though I did recently hit an unshakable plateau...I did the math and realized that in order to lose one poound a week I need to burn 2100 calories a week. This is 900 tacked on to my usual 1200 per week! Once again...it's the tracking of the exercise and being accountable that is keeping me to it.
