    Thanks for reading my latest blog. Yes, if it's tiring to read you can imagine the exhaustion I've felt. My weight was at 212 when I left for my brother's and then after adding the bowflex to my routine it dropped to 206.6. Well, when I got back from Florida it was 214.6. Then before I came home it was 210. Now mind you had I missed a couple doses of my fluid pill because of travel. It's hard to stop every 15 minutes to pee on the interstate system. It would have taken another 6 hours to get home stopping that frequently. So I was pleased to weigh the other day at 204.6. Whew!
    My body is still recovering from all those darn steps. Those are the things I truly hate. Going down is okay. Coming back up is my problem.
    Then I decided to get in the salt water pool on Thursday before I left Florida. I forgot about what I call my heavy butt syndrome getting out of the pool. It literally feels like there's a lead block attached to my waist pulling me down. That didn't help my back either. Plus we played frisbee in the pool and it's been a year since I did that.
    I've decided I'm just going to do my best and try not to stress out so much over everything. I've been so focused on one number or another all this time, and that's got to stop.
    So I'm slowly getting back into my routine. I've almost got my steps in for the day which is awesome. I did 2 miles walking with Leslie Sansone - that was rough but I made it through. Doing laundry as long as my back doesn't give me problems. I'm on the 3rd load with 2 left. We shall see as the pain is slowly coming back. I may stop after this one, who knows at this point.
    Take care of yourself. One step at a time. Hope things get better for you. I know it's rough.
