Live Life To The Fullest Like There's NO Tomorrow!! Tell Your Loved Ones Exactly How Much You Love Them Because Tomorrow May Never Come!!!

I currently work from home as a Reservationist.I have a Treadmill & Gazelle Rider & work out videos by Jillian Michaels that really give me a great workout.

This is a brand new year(2011) and I am ready to see a brand New ME!!

I started my New Year(2011) with major surgery on Jan 3rd and have not been able to exercise ever since. I had a TAH(Total Abdominal Hysterectomy)and my Dr gave me the ok to start getting back into an exercise routine. I am only 2 months post-op so I am not sure what my body will allow but I can at least walk and ease into the rest when I am able.

I have gained about 10 pounds since the surgery and can really see it and feel it.My Dr also has me on Phetermine pills to help with the weightloss. I decided to try the 17 Day Diet by Dr Mike Morreno. Today is my 1st day of starting my Diet and Exercise routine.

Since having my TAH I feel 100% better and I am so happy that the pain is gone and I feel that I made the right choice for me. So here's to a New Year & a New Me!!!

Im watching what I eat on a daily basis with the help of Spark and also counting calories and Im drinking lots of water and exercising as much as possible.
