I you asked me how I'm doing. I'd lie and tell you I am just fine. I am not find with my self. I want to lose this weight!
I have developed a new love of music over this summer. I have acquire a new love of the sun and water as wel as people.
I will be honest and tell you all I am still the same 320lbs rough that I have been for a while. I have to say that when you have great friends and you are having all the fun in the world. You can by the limited of what being heavy can make you feel like.
I am grateful that my friends make me feel so loved and the people who I have met this summer do noy judge me on my weight. The whole feeling of not being accepted because of being heavy has never happened to me.
Losing weight has been the one thing in my life that I seem to have no control over. It's like food runs my life. I eat late a night or grab something quick and easy. Which always seems to equal unhealthy.
We are moving in to fall and I have to be honest with myself that I am going to try harder to lose the weight so I will be here to enjoy more summer just like I did this year.
If there is one thing that I have learned with trying to accomplish a goal, it's that make to make plans and trying to many things all at once leads to failure because I get overwhelmed.
So here is to a more positive new me.

My goals are simple.

My Program:
My program will consist of small things leading to big things.
I will learn how to maintain a balance diet.
I will learn how to balance my life in ordered to become healthy and live longer and feel better.



Personal Information:
I am 30. I have so many things that I would like to do in my life. However, being overweight can curb those things.
I have a full life but it's not full of the things I want. I am determined that one way or another I will win this battle.


Other Information:
I am slowing starting to change my bad habits. I truly never knew how hard it can be to take the weight off.
My goals are simple to learn how to trust myself to do the rights things in every aspect of this journey. If that means I have to give things up or say no, that is what I will do.
