The journey that I am on is not an easy one with all the ups and downs and the twists and turns but I know it is a journey that is worthwhile and I will gladly go through all that comes my way because I am a better person with all the things I am learning along the way.

Will I stumble and fall? YES!!! Will I get back up? YES!!! Will I give up? NO!!! Will I give in? Only to HIS WILL!!!

There will be detours on this journey and they may come in the form of my health, a relative or friend needing assistance, or even me waking up on the wrong side of the bed, as the saying goes. But the good thing about all detours is that you NEVER have to start over again, you just continue down the road because ALL detours end up back on the main road that you started on to begin with.

God is at the helm and He is working this plan for me and I am thankful that I have included Him as my partner. Yes, it would be nice to have a physical buddy to work with and see daily to give them encouragement as they do me but that is not the case, so I trust that God has walked before me to make my crooked places straight as we go through the ups and downs and the twists and turns of this journey which is like a roller coaster ride.

Lord, thank You, for ALWAYS being there for me and knowing what is best for me while You teach me how to get your temple in Divine Order, as I continue walking after You!!!! In the Matchless Name of Jesus the Christ, AMEN!

1. 20 Minutes of stretching ~ Sunday ~ Saturday
2. 60 Minutes of cardio ~ Monday ~ Friday
3. 08 Glasses of water a day
4. Log ALL food, even if it's just a taste, into SP Land.

    The game was Kansas City and Buffalo! KC won by 6, but they should have lost due to a bad ref call. Rained (downpour) most of the game too.

    I believe this was a rescheduled game due to Covid.

    Both games were blow outs, but I'm glad our Steelers are still undefeated! Steelers won 38-7 and Bucs won 38-10.
