I'm gearing up for a new challenge starting May 1st. I've come close to my goal only to come to a screeching halt. It's time to really challenge myself to finish. I want to be at my goal weight by July 30th (my birthday).

My goals for the next three months broken down by month:

May-
Track everything I eat (I mean everything)
For the first two weeks I will be doing the induction phase of the Atkin's Diet 20g of net carbs a day from a salad (only for the first two weeks) Then start OWL Phase where I add 5g net carbs from the carb ladder weekly until I stop losing weight thus reaching my CCLL (Critical Carbohydrate Level for Losing weight).
By the end of May, I want to be able to run a whole mile (nonstop)
Do 60 minutes of cardio 6 days a week (Wednesday off) I want to alternate from inside workout and outside workouts
Do 30 minutes of strenght training 2 days a week (I have to be creative with this one)
By the end of May, I want to have shed 10 lbs.

June-
Continue to track everything I eat
Continue on the OWL phase (I should be on rung 5 of the ladder) During this month I should find my CCLL (Critical Carbohydrate Level for Losing) which is the total number of carbs I can eat and still lose weight.
I will continue to do 60 minutes of cardio a day (Sundays off) and 30 minutes strength training two days a week
By the end of June I would like to have shed five pounds

July-
Continue to track food
During this month, I will be working on the PreMaintenance phase which I will increase number of net grams of carbs by 10 each week. During this month I should find my ACE (Atkins Carbohydrate Equillibrium) which is the total number of net carbs I can eat and maintain my weight. Continue the previous exercise plan, with addition to running two miles nonstop
By the July 30th I want to be between 120 and 125. I'll be happy with either number.

So for the entirety of the challenge I want to have lost between 15 and 22 pounds.

    Hey! I wanted to say that I totally know how it feels to "level off" for a week in weight loss. But that is okay, because next week will be better! I also use the Walk Away The Pounds DVDs for my cardio. May I ask which ones you use? (since you say that you just follow the workout for the week). I have a couple that have 5 days of walking, but I like to pump that up and add in one of her 3 or 4 mile walks. They are challenging, but so worth it if you can make it to the end!
