Introduction Text I kicked the Diet Pepsi habit! I picked up a Monster habit. I kicked the Monster habit! Then I picked up a Dutch Bros. habit. That one is expensive...both in calories and in dollars. I have found a flavored coffee that I like that is cheaper and has fewer calories. Maybe not the best choice, but a girl needs to get her caffeine somewhere! I had ten pounds to lose. Now I have thirty. Obviously, the changes I tried to make didn't work. Or the changes I accidentally made didn't work. Back to it. While I work on getting rid of these thirty pounds, I do not let my weight define me. I'm strong, independent, intelligent and healthy. And no number on the scale will change any of that.

Reach goal weight by August 1, 2018 and then maintain.

15,000 steps per day (on average) Circuit training three days a week with my friend at the gym. Yoga on Saturdays - would like to do this more!
