    Thanks for your kind words! I just finished my 2nd half marathon and I was 5 minutes faster than my first one last February.

    Stick to your goals and you can be in my shoes some day. It all started with a 3 mile race and eventually moved on to a 10K, then a 14K, a half marathon, and then a marathon so I slowly increased my distance so I wouldn't get discouraged. I am not fast nor have I ever been, but running keeps me fit and helps me feel good about myself.

    Thanks.. Yes it does make you feel muuuch better to eat healthier. Just getting more greens in my diet has already made me feel not as groggy/fat! haha well I'm glad I'm a motivation to someone ;)
