Learning to Be Healthy
(April '15 update) In August of 2014 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Since then I've been going through treatment: chemo every three weeks from 8/28/14 to 12/15/14, surgery on 1/9/15 and radiation from 2/12/15 to 4/1/15. I'm doing well, and now more than ever I want to focus on eating healthy, whole foods and getting at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. ----- Since April '09 I've been here, trying to get a healthier diet and life. I continue to work on building healthy habits, ...

I try to exercise 3-4 times a week.
