Health is a reachable goal.....I am here to reach for it. I almost fully succeeded 4 years ago....This time it's for me and it's for life. I can't help the people around me if I won't help myself first.

My Goals:
My goal is simple. To be at a healthy weight. To find a soul mate. To be happy.


My Program:
Lower carb, higher "good fat", moderate protein. Incorporating a low carb/high fiber veggie for lunch and dinner. One small piece of fruit with breakfast. Basically a modified Ketonic eating plan to ward off diabetes.
