Introduction Text I have done this before and I can do it again. But this time there is no end. I may have detours, I may take a few steps back, but I will continue to go forward. I will be moving toward a healthier life.

My goal is to be active, happy, and healthy. I want this for the rest of my life, not just until I get to a certain weight.

To meet my goals, I will eat healthier foods, eat healthier portions and I will become active. I will start with small daily activity always building on this as it becomes easier.

I am a mother of 2 almost grown children. A 21 year old girl and an 18 year old boy. I haven't quite mastered the letting go thing yet, but I am trying. I love to read and knit. Hmmm, wonder if my sedentary interests and my weight are related? Duh!
