I am a Physical Therapist Assistant from Lexington KY. I have a Beautiful Wife and Daughter that mean more than anything to me. I want to Be Healthy for Myself as well as to be around for them for many many Years to come.

2: Workout/Exercise 3 - 5 days per week.

My Program:
Currently I am working on Staying within 1700 - 2000cals per day. I am also exercising 3-5x per week (Walking, Jogging, Strength Training). Also I am trying to do at least 10min of cardio a day. I am actually doing at least 30 per day. I am an all or nothing type of guy. My wife calls me the evil energizer bunny from hell. What can I say I don't fall far from the Tree. My mom is the same way. She will be Joining Spark People when she gets off vacation next week.



Personal Information:
Currently I live in Lexington KY. I moved there from Blacksburg VA about 11 years ago with my wife and daughter. I went through a divorce about 3 years later and have custody of my daughter. I remarried 3 years ago Aug 12, 2006. I adore my wife she is my inspiration and my soulmate. My Daughter is currently 10 about to turn 11 and is the apple of my eye. We have 2 toy poodles Cinnamon and Pepper which concludes our happy little family.

    Thanks for commenting on my blog. You can do a marathon if you really want to do it. In case you don't know, you do not have to "run" a marathon. You can walk them which is what I do. I don't like running and would never have done a marathon if that was required. You have to start out with shorter distances and work your way up. Start with a 5k (3.1 miles). Good luck with all your goals!
