I am working on being healthy and strong.

5% Challenge Commitment
EXERCISE: 30-60 minute walk every day
30-60 minutes exercises every day
(Pahla B Fitness videos on You Tube)
DIET: 1250-1550 calories, American Heart Association: Focus on heart healthy foods. Low fat, low sodium, and low sugar.
Five freggies and 64 oz. of water daily.


I do solemnly pledge:
that I will do my best to eat healthy and within my calorie range,
that I will exercise to the best of my ability,
that I will watch my portions and avoid mindless eating,
that I will avoid or limit unhealthy foods,
that I will try to get enough sleep,
that I will stretch myself out of my comfort zone,
that I will always try to make healthy choices even when stressed,
that if I slip, I will get back on track with the very next opportunity,
that I will keep a CAN DO attitude, or ask for Help,
and that I will support my fellow pack mates

Long term Goal weight 140

Short term goal: Lose 5% in the fall challenge.

Highest weight 210 pounds (2005)
Started my Spark journey at 178 pounds (10/16/2016)

Other Long term goal: Be strong and healthy so I can donate a kidney to my husband. He has been on dialysis since March 2016 after failure of his transplanted kidney from 1997.

My Program:
MENU PLANNING: Log everything you plan to eat the day before and adjust to meet diet criteria and stay within calorie range on most days.
EXERCISE PROGRAM: Minimum of 30 Minutes a day
