I want to give up as much sweet and salty foods as possible.
And avoid all soda drinks.


My Program:
I am trying to get myself walking/jogging/running between 8am & 10am
Then 20 minutes strength training & 20 minutes flexible training.

Welcome to my page, I'm Charlene. I am doing the 5% fall challenge trying to keep motivated to staying active.
It’s September 29, 2020 and I find myself tired. My diet is what I’m strong enough to do at the time. I try to eat below 2000 calories but sometimes I get as hungry as Pooh bear.

Other Information:
I post my weight to Fitbit everyday. It goes up and down and shows on spark. My highest weight was 180, my lowest 120. I’m currently in my 160s. I would like to be in my 150s. I get hungry I eat and fuse about it, then think of it as fuel to build strength. I would like my core, thighs and arms to tone but I’m 47 so I’m good at just working on it. I felt the need to post this for those who congratulate me on my weight. I appreciate your kindness and just wanted you to know my feelings about it.
