Why am I losing this weight? Let me list the ways!
To look better
To feel better, emotionally, physically and mentally
To live longer
To have better sex
To do more outdoor activities with my family
To see my daughter grow up
To see her children grow up
To see her grandchildren grow up
To be a good example for my daughter and future children
To be healthy for having more children
To be better at my job
To fulfill God’s will in my life
To avoid health problems
And many more!

My Goals:
-Be a good example for my daughter and future children
-Become healthier before I have more children
-Help others to become the people they were created to be
-Continually serve God in all I do
-Be a healthier person so I can accomplish all the above goals.

My Program:
-Walk 3x a week
-Strength 3x a week
-Swimming 2x a week
-Eating whole foods from scratch

-Live in Oregon
-4 year old daughter
-Married to amazing man
-Two kitties
-One beaglador
-A faith in God

    Hi Charyse,
    many thanks for the info on the Done Girls challenge :-) I think I'll pass for now, I've been busy with the Fall 5% Challenge, and I want to join the next one, surely starting soon. I like to be an ACTIVE member of my teams, and I don't think I could handle well running two challenges at the same time. Maybe in march or april for the next one :-)
