To become healthier, stronger and more energetic so that I will become a better servant of Jesus Christ.
Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
Exercise daily.
Be an inspiration to others.
Improve my disposition.

 LA Weightloss Gold plan.

Water areobics three times weekly.


Personal Information:
I love to bake. I have recently become a exercise junkie. I am trying HARD to become thin.

Other Information:
 I hope to become a personal chef. I also love to knit and crochet! I am recovering from bilateral knee replacement surgery on 1/13/09. I am trying to use up my stash however being on the net I have seen several yarn sales! OPPS!
