New Year - New Me
I am not doing very well on my committments. What I stick to regularly is walking at least 5.5 miles/day. Also if I am not on vacation or entertaining guests, I get to the gym once a week and the pool for my aqua-biking once a week. Still have to work on getting rid of the sugar in my diet and tracking what I eat.

Thanks for the goodie. Nothing too serious. Just this stupid cancer. I was nauseous and sick, light headed. Long story short I was at the lower end of the spectrum for iron. On an iron supplement so hopefully that helps.
