My Goals:
My goal is to loose about 40 lbs, get toned and feel good about myself and my accomplishments. I also would like to run a 5K by the end of the year.
My Program:
My program is to eat three balanced meals with three snacks in between. I want to watch my sodium and make sure I get enough protein in. As far as exercise, I plan to work out 5-6 days a week, which will include at least 60 minutes of cardio each day and strength training on 3 days.
Personal Information:
I'm married, have one son, and three dogs.
Other Information:
I love working in my flower gardens and cooking. My favorite channels are HGTV and the Food Network. I'm a sucker for a good romance novel.

Doctor appointment on my birthday was completely depressing!
Since then, I'm tracking every crumb I put in my mouth and have exercised several days. We even played golf with Will on Wednesday!
