    WTG on going to the gym every other day. That sounds like a good plan. Whenever I try to work out every day I get burnt out pretty quickly. I'm bad about late night snacking myself but I have been doing well this week. I have 16 days until my vacation so I plan on being really strict for the time being. I do have a treadclimber in my living room so I don't have any excuses not to at least get in 20 min a day. I have been doing my pilates dvd and some hand weights for strength training. I just bought Turbo Jam and I really like it but it is hard to learn. Its kind of like learning a dance routine or something. I think I'll hold off on that for a while and stick to what I know until after the vacation. I don't know if you have already been to the gym or if it is your day off, if not, GET YOUR BUTT TO THE GYM GIRL! Talk to you later!

    Hey! It's good to hear from you! I have been trying to stay on track but I haven't been sticking to it lately, DOH! I'm ready to get re-focused myself so stay in touch and we can keep each other in line. I need to reset my goals. I think I'm going to aim for 20 min of cardio 5x week and strength training 20 min 3x week. I have a family vacation on August 9th so that leaves me 8 weeks to lose about 12-15 lbs. I know I can do it if I stay on track. Lets lose these last pounds girl! Talk to you later!
