Sadly, our getting married doesn't change a lot, so I'm continuing the hoop-jumping, attempting to get a new work permit... we shall see how things go.

in answer to your question...
I start each day... with prayer and meditation... then choose a focus point... that helps bring me back to the positive in any given situation...
also... To keep from creating a state of denial... I also deal with what ever issues come up during my morning meditations... I acknowledge them ... some I come up with dicisions.. then I CHOOSE my focus point to put my energies into....
and when it comes to loosing weight... I figure my weight is a reflection of what is going on inside me.... so I am working on the inside along side working on the outside of myself..
