Welcome to the Wii Exercise team! I've been having "health issues," and I just now checked the Introduce Yourself thread. I love my Wii. I always go back to it when I'm looking for exercise I will actually DO. I hope you love your Wii too. ~ Pam 1473 days ago

I saw that you are on a low carb diet and are trying to lose weight. I read where low carb diets have a problem in that the body adjusts to low carb diets by trying to store energy as fat, and that you can have a larger weight loss by cycling your carb/calorie input so your body doesn't try to store energy as fat.
Also, you can time your carb intake on carb up days in accordance with your active life (early morning, 3hrs before or 1-3 hrs after exercise) to further avoid storing carbs as fat. So let every other day be a under 50 carb day and eat more carbs on the alternate days to keep your body from going into starvation mode.
The plan I am following actually has about every 7 day be a free day where you have an even higher carb intake to reset your body metabolism, but that might not be advisable for one in your situation.
