2021 has arrived and Covid is still here. I have felt the isolation for awhile now, but I am coping. Exercise routines remain at home and I am working on my eating habits. My first goal is to drop 25 before my 41st birthday in April. That is 7 pounds or less per month, I think this is doable. It's time to get moving again!

The Winter 5% Challenge starts this coming Saturday and I am looking forward to the motivation my team brings. If you are looking for some motivation, check out the winter challenge group to be assigned a team before Saturday 01/09/2020/

My Goals:
1. Lose 5% body weight in the 2021 Winter 5% Challenge on Spark.
2. Jump start my goal to be consistent.
3. Increase my water intake and work on my hydration issues
4. Be stronger physically, strengthen core to help my spine and pain.
5. Be stronger mentally, learn to love myself no matter what my size
6. Learn to love being more active, make more healthy routines.
7. Rock 2021 in health, fitness and mental goals.

My Program:
Paleo/Keto type eating plan - lower carb, more clean eating
Physical activity daily, reach 10k steps a day and then 12k with goal of 15k steps minimum per day
Commit to the Winter 2021 5% Challenge. Go team Firecrackers!
Work on water intake, 120 ounces per day!
Be more consistent with blogging and health updates. Be accountable.

Start weight 01/09/2021: 247.8
01/16/2021: 243.6

Other Information:
I'm working on being the best version of myself. I need to find my happy weight, where I feel good about myself and have more energy. I know being 250lbs is not that weight. My first goal is to lose 25 lbs before my birthday in April. I think this is definitely doable.
