Introduction Text I am 37. I have a six year old and I need to lose weight and get more energy so I can be active with my child. I'm adding Rita's horoscope as my "motto" for this journey!! In order to move past your mistakes you have to keep pushing yourself forward. The only person who is still beating you up over what you did is you and it's time to move on. You are not perfect, that's no mystery. But no one else is either. Set a goal today. Hold yourself to a high standard and force yourself to rise to your own expectations. Give yourself an emotional hug and start focusing on the future. You've learned from where you've been.
