Introduction Text Hello😊 I decided in April to change my lifestyle. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired! I had no energy, I couldn't sleep at night and was feeling depressed because of the weight I gained. I joined this system called Isagenix and it has changed my life within a few days I felt a change. I was able to sleep a full night. My energy sky rocketed and I saw the weight coming off. I've been on this system for a few months now and I've lost 25 lbs and over 35 inches combined. I went from a size 18 to a size 14. I continue to work on myself I have a goal I'm working towards and I have 40 lbs more to go! Please follow my journey.
