    I need to get serious about making healthy choices for a lifestyle change. Bouts of depression and the physical pain that I deal with has a huge impact in my thinking. I find that I'm so jumbled inside with my thoughts, I'm so confused about things.

    Whether you are a man, woman, boy or girl, lifting weights is an important component to your exercise program. Livestrong says that challenging your body with different exercises and routines helps keep your workout interesting and effective. Make sure that when you’re lifting weights, you are working to fatigue or failure to get the most benefits. When lifting weights, reaching failure means that you could not possibly do one more rep - - your muscle has failed. Fatigue means you can barely do 1 or 2 more repetitions and keep your good form. If your workout is too easy and you are not reaching failure or fatigue, it’s time to lift heavier weights. Be aware that your form is vital and reaching fatigue or failure is much more important than hitting a certain number of repetitions.

    Time to step up to weights and burn those Easter calories!
