I need to lose weight and get healthy...and stick with it... I have had a roller coaster of ups and downs with my weight and now I've been dx as pre diabetic I want to get back on the bandwagon. I got to remember this is more than a diet this is a lifestyle change...I lost 90lbs 2 years ago so I know I can do it; but some disappointments and life heart break in the past year cause me to gain 30lbs back.

I would Like to lose 100lbs so I would have a healthy BMI.
1st goal: 10 lbs by 8-27-14 -YES
2nd goal 28lbs by 11-5-14
3rd goal 25lbs by 1-14-15
4th goal 27lbs by 3-27-15
5th goal 20lbs by 7-1-14
I want to lose weight for my health and any future pregnancies.
To exercise more, Drink more water and eat less fast food.
Start doing 5k- 10k again
My Program:
Watching Calories and carbs....less fast food and processed food.
More Water less Soda
Starting Wogging aka walking/jogging
Personal Information:
like reading-anything from mysteries to owners manuals, I love people and animals. I like cooking.
Other Information:
I have a angel baby in Heaven born still 10-5-13.

Thanks for the luck! I've been in a slump the last 2 days and I am now over for my bet. I have until Wed I think to officially weigh in, so I really need to kick it into gear. I need at least 2.2 lbs to make the bet.
