I started using spark in January 2010 after being overweight for 2 years after I had my son. I was tired, unhappy, and needed a change desperately! Spark gave me the tools I needed to learn how to successfully loose and maintain a 40 lb weight loss. I'm still on my journey as we are never done if you choose to live a healthy lifestyle! Life throws many things our way, but learning to live with balance is key to maintaining a fit life!


My passions are: Crossfit and Running!
I've ran a handful of Halfs and Ran my first Full Marathon 10/6/13 on my 27th birthday! It was AMAZING and can't wait to train for the next big one!!!

    I have been good with the exception of being in a three month plateau. I am begining to exercise outside as well as in the gym to see if I can do something different to spark my burn.

    I've been pretty good. I sort of fell off the wagon a few months back and restarted with SP. But now I'm back on track and feeling better than ever. Congrats on the race by the way!
