I am doing this FOR ME! AND: Whether I gain or lose I am worthy.

With the increased fatloss, I am looking forward to:
* finding it easy to get up from low chairs,
* use my arms to support my weight,
* feeling physically and mentally fit and healthy,
* increasing my balance and stability.
* Most of all I am looking forward to ENJOYING the summer heat, * loving moving,
* being able to kneel easily,
* having energy to care about others,
* enjoying the slimness of my body and
* getting physical work done easily.

Non scale victory number 1: It is easier to fit the airplane seatbelts on with about 6 inches to spare! Yayay!
Number 2. Managed to survive the heat-wave of January in Nelson...temperatures up to 40C
Number 3. Bravely wore togs and went into hot pools at Taupo De Bretts! and into the sea at Pahi in Feb 2018
Number 4. Lost weight when NOT COUNTING CALORIES whilst away from computer when taking great care prior to that was not working well!
Going to post this message from Realistic Resolutions Challenge:

Start today fresh by making daily goals for yourself. Count your blessings, practice kindness, let go of what you can't control, listen to your heart, be productive and calm, just breathe. Once you've done all of that then keep stepping for better health and fitness!

Start using the 5 4 3 2 1 strategy where there is no hesitation to do actively positive things and to give time to think before I leap in projecting my fear of failure etc. Mel Robbins on Youtube is my inspiration.

My Goals:
I want to love the summer and feel fit before I die! I want to enjoy activity and getting jobs done. ANY decent loss will be so exciting.

Following keto so that I do not get hungry. This is a happy quest where I will be happy with whatever I can achieve. YAY Here I go.

To keep going. NOT GIVE UP. Increase my stamina. Get stronger. Love moving. Move easily. Drink the water. Eat real food, without added sugar. Be real about the ups and downs of living my life. Don't sweat the small stuff. Go to bed earlier than I have been...aiming for 8 hours sleep. Be resilient, trust myself, do my best

My Program:
Eat real foods.
No sugar, no flour, no root vegetables. Eat measured low starch vegetable, protein/fat. Keep the electrolytes balanced to where I feel strong and ready for action.

Personal Information:
Live in NZ

Other Information:
I hope the way to counteract negative outlooks is to go forth with joy and hope. Just read the "Hero" book. victim or hero. Also I am not looking for motivation now, but learning to use determination and discipline. Use the 54321 to stop the incorrect eating.

The flowers and blossoms are filling the air with the smells of Spring. This is the time to start preparing for the Summer. Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of June. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

Here are some of the members comments written on a Survey Monkey poll:

“It helps me stay focused on my goals. It also keeps things interesting and not boring.”

“I find that the challenges make me be more cognizant of my food intake, better choices etc. The fitness ones encourage me to try new exercises and to keep doing exercises. I think there is a good possibility I wouldnt do as much if I didnt track it for challenges or tried to do better on challenges”

“My leaders are all wonderful...they stay in touch with team members and do their best to keep us involved and feeling a part of the team.”

“They motivate me to eat healthier and to be more active. “
