Introduction Text Hi, I’m Christina. I've been off and on SparkPeople for almost 4 years now. However, a year ago, through health problems with my husband, I realized that I can't put off change any longer. I am interested in improving my overall health and wellness and realize that I need to manage my activity and my eating. Over the last year, I have realized how much encouragement and support this journey requires. I hope we can help each other get where we want to be.

Lose more weight Eat healthier - I still struggle in the afternoon Run a 10K by the time I turn 40 next year Be able to keep up with my kids!

Combine diet and exercise to make a difference in how I look and feel.

Working mom of 3 looking for friends and a support network. I've managed to lose my first 30 lbs this past year despite some pretty incredible odds. I have more to go, so I am re-energizing my journey!
