I'm a desk jockey most days, other days I'm a horse rider and competitor, dog walker, avid reader and dreamer.
My health goal for the new year is to drop 25 lbs by December 2021. My side goal is to defeat aging. My plan is to eat higher quality calories, skip a few meals here and there, exercise harder, improve my mind and practice happiness.

Stretch 3 days/week
Sleep 7 hours/night
