I enjoyed life when I lost the weight and was fit the first time. As the weight started to return, I found I don't smile as much or want to partake of fun things. I finally decided to embrace the challenge and take my life back! As with most things in life, you can't always be in control. Life dealt me a few issues since I first returned and I've had setbacks. I finally decided to embrace the challenge and take my life back! As with most things in life, you can't always be in control. Life dealt me a few issues since I first returned and I've had setbacks. I'm back again and this time with help. I believe this time will be truly successful, as I am more determined than ever to be the best "ME" I can be.
I've been working with a trainer and though my weight loss has not been quick, I'm making progress. Medication is causing issues but I'm pushing through. I will not let it deter me. As the oldie song says, "keep on truckin' baby".

My goals are to make the lifestyle changes and maintain it for more than 7 years. GET FIT, STAY FIT!! Enjoy life!!
My Program:
I began my program by reconnecting to Spark. I'm tracking everything I eat, every step I take. I've started preparing my meals from scratch, taking my lunch and drinking no less than 8, 8 oz. glasses of water a day. Nice and easy. Slowly incorporating exercises.
I've been lacking in my tracking...HAHA, a play on words, but seriously, I have to get better at tracking my meals. My fitness has improved, biking, working with a trainer, anything to make progress. Never give up!
