I've lost 70, gained 20, lost 15, gained 5, lost 10, then gained a #2020sidetracked 25. I've tried Keto, IF, WW, LCHF, HCLF ... chasing everything with only a tiny bit of progress.

My Goals:
2020 FALL 5% CHALLENGE DIET & EXERCISE COMMITMENT
-- prepare most meals; 5-8 fruits & veggies; 12-16 cups water daily
-- 10,000+ steps walking/jogging/dancing/jumping rope
-- muscle toning with weights or miracle bands 2-3x week
-- start hip hop aerobic step work 1-2x week by end of Sept.?
-- add 1-3 fasting days of 24+ hours (maybe alternate days?)
-- LOSE 11-15 pounds and 2-5% of body fat by Saturday, November 28th!!
My Program:
LIVING an 80/20 ~ sometimes 90/10 ~ LIFE
Time to apply all these lessons learned and see what sticks!
