    Welcome and good for you! One of the great things about SP is that we can make our own programs so as you set your goals you can make goals that are specific to your brazil butt lift program...for instance setting a goal to do your bbl every day or however often is appropriate...perhaps setting a goal of being able to do a full set of something with correct form or something like that (I'm obviously not familiar with bbl) Also be sure to set nutrition goals and think about your water intake. I like to come on SP and add up points by reading articles etc. that way I'm learning things too and checking in with my teams gets me in the right frame of mind. Make it your own, then it'll be right for you and you will make it happen!
