    Spark People is not another diet; it is a positive lifestyle change...
    Stay focused and keep a positive attitude as this will be a great help to you in your daily life!!! Smile although sometimes that is the hardest, but it really helps!!! And, if nothing else, it makes people wonder what you're up to.
    Watch your portion control. Be sure to drink plenty of water (8-8oz glasses daily) and walk. Water and walking will help you on this journey of lowering numbers and weight loss. Start small if that is all you can do or have time to do and add to it as you are able. Even 5-10 minutes several times a day adds up to bigger numbers and will keep you moving. Invest in a good pedometer (I love my Omron which I just drop in my pocket or purse and it is still accurate. Works better for me than the ones that go on the waistband. I think I have too much belly fat for them to be work right and I was always loosing them or dropping them into the toilet. lol .) and see how many steps you currently take each day. Before long you will be adding steps just to see how many you can do and how far you can go. WHAT A GREAT MOTIVATOR!!! YOU can do this!!!
