2013 is about focus!!!!!
I have played with this weight loss thing for too long. This is the year for me to stop half- a**ing and do what I know in my heart I can accomplish. I'm going hard or going home this year.

1-4-09 I joined the Spark team some months ago and while I have made small strides towards my progress I have not taken my participation or my journey very serious. I have the knowledge but I also have the fear. I have lost weight many times, and have done so with several different commercial weight loss programs. My problem is not losing it. The problem is that once I lose the weight I run out of excuses to not let myself shine, and to fully live my life. I start to feel that if I shine too much people will get mad or their feelings will get hurt but guess what somebody did get mad and feelings did get hurt MINE!! I can not continue to live I mean exist this way. I made a decision for myself, and that was that I'm joining the bootcamp. I am not going to start again only to stop before I fulfill my dream, and reach my goal. I am starting at 284 with a determined mind and the fire to go all the way. Good Luck to everyone. Let the Challenge began. My goals for the challenge are to work out four days a week, spark daily, and to lose 12 pounds.

My Program:
I will be doing bootcamp and following that meal plan for the first 6 weeks. Eating and exercise to be determined after completion.

Personal Information:
I was born in Brooklyn, New York but Decatur, Ga. is where I have spent the majority of my life. I am very social and often referred to as the CRAZY. I am currently working on my Master's degree at a very so pace(that must change). I love music. I have a wonderful son who loves sports, and needs a healthy mom to keep up with him.
