Introduction Text I am 73 yrs old and married to a wonderful guy for 55 years on Sept 7. We have 4 children (2 girls and 2 boys) who are all out on their own. We also have 6 grandchildren and 4 great Grandchildren. Unfortunately we don't live close enough to any of them to spoil them. We also have a black schnauzer named " Mr. Kaiser " who is a big mommies boy. He is really such a good boy. We rescued him from the Animal Shelter and after we paid for him found out he had heartworm. So we had him treated and thankfully he lived and has been a true blessing to both my husband and me. I am so blessed to have found Sparkpeople.com. I have been faithfully tracking both my weight and my fitness. I recently purchased a Wii console and then the Wii Fit with balance board. I find I am more apt to exercise with the Wii Fit than going to a gym. At least the trainer I have on Wii Fit doesn't laugh at my silly attempts. But I surely do work up a good sweat and I find I have more energy after a 30 minutes workout. YAY!!! I now also have a new program called Walk It Out for the WII I love it. My Hobbies are genealogy, scrap booking and photography.

To have a healthy and fit body. I still have 10 lbs to go to reach my goal but I am happy with my progress so far.

Prayer, Prayer and more prayers and then I am following the food menu and the fitness plan. Tracking all food. Exercising everyday.
