I am currently doing an exercise challenge with my friend and my husband. I really want to get myself into an exercise routine. I want to be able to run a 5K but I'm honestly so out of shape right now I think training to run is more advanced then I can handle. So for now I just want to focus on being more active and better in shape.

My Goals:
My main goal is to get into the habit of regularly exercising. I also want to be able to fit into this old pair of jeans that I keep around.
Update: the old jeans are gone. I realized that I was holding to an unrealistic expectation and setting myself up to fail. I would like to be able to fit into smaller jeans but I'm not going to set a specific size goal for myself.

My Program:
Right now, even though I''m struggling with it, I''m trying to make it to the gym three times a week and I''m trying to plan my meals ahead so that I won''t be tempted to eat something that is high fat and high calories and so that I won''t be tempted to run out for fast food.

Personal Information:
DH and I just relocated to Idaho about 20 miles from where I grew up.
I am 6' tall and always been a little self concsious of that even though I wanted to be tall. I have always felt "big" even when I have been at my desired weight because I tower over a lot of people. But I am getting more and more comfortable with who I am.
