Short term goal be Under 200 by end of January
Be under 197 by the end of Feb
Be under 194 by the end of March
Be under 191 by the end of April
Be under 188 by the End of May
Be under 185 by the end of June
Be Under 182 by the end of July
Be under 179 by the end of August
Be under 176 by the end of September
Be under 173 by the end of October
Be under 170 by end of November
End the year by being Under 167 by end of December
Long term goal reach goal weight by December
My Program:
Track food and exercise.
Planet Fitness 4 days a week
Walking with friends 4 days a week
biking 5 days a week- cardio at plantet fitness when the weather doesn't premitt that
Keep a diary of what I eat and look at what needs to be changed so I can succeed. also called tracking food and calories
WATER
Drink water and tea get my 64 oz in 5 days a week at least , sugar drinks such as flavor coffee limit to no more then 2 days keep soda to diet only
EXERCISE
WALKING with friends 23x a week for a mile walk
PLANET FITNESS
3 days a week
BIKING APRIL TO OCT
120 MILES A MONTH
work on adding in some at home exercise by either doing some of many exercise dvd's I have or doing youtube exercise videos
doing at leasr 15 min 3 days a week

I started my latest effort which is to lose 100 lbs on about May 1, 2006.
I had previously lost 100 back in 2003 going from 293 to 193 and then I started slowly putting a little back on and her I am 10 years later still fighting I know I can change things with some hard work
Other Information:
I make bus pass holders out of plastic canvas they are like a small wallet.
I crochet I am working on an afgan., I finish one afgan which was a christmas gift, but I still have one I'm making for myself in the making.
I like books by Nicalos Sparks, Mary Higgins Clark, Beth Moore. I prefer to listen to on CD rather then read, but will read if that is the only form I can get it in.
I like Christian Pop music like Sandi Patti, Kathy Trocolli, Rich Mullins Songs
Also like some Country Music from Dolly Pardon, Kenny Rogers, Babraba Mandrell,Reba, Loretta Lynn
I like the good TV the Waltons , Christy, some little house . Halmark, and Insp movies
I do like some now day show Biggest loser,
Current tv is binge watching shows on netflix
