I have struggled with my weight since I was a teenager. I have lost and gained weight over and over again. But I'm putting all that behind me- its time to move forward and its time to stay committed to a healthy lifestyle!

I have been back on track since June 2019, and it feels great. I feel so much better that I found my way back to a healthier lifestyle. I have lost around 35 pounds since June 2. Its about more than that, I feel so much better and have a lot more energy. It feels great to know that I am accomplishing this and I am reaching so many goals!

I will be 40 next year and I would love to be at or around my goal weight before my birthday next July. I know if I stay committed, I will be able to do it!

I'm on a great team- Aspire & Inspire that has monthly challenges that keeps me motivated! Each month is a different theme, and is concentrated on different healthy habits. Every one on the team is so supportive, and I'm glad to be part of a great team!

I've committed to the Fall 5% challenge. I love the 5% challenges- they keep me motivated, encourage me to exercise, track my food, and develop other healthy habits. GO FIRECRACKERS!!

I'm going to look at each day "What can I do to get closer to my goals?"

My Goals:
I want to lose over 100 pounds. I have a few small goals I have set along the way. I met my first goal of getting under 250 pounds during the summer 5% challenge.

I've committed to the 5% Fall challenge. I love these 5% challenges. They are so motivating and keep me on track with my healthy lifestyle.

My goals for the Fall 5% challenge are:

1. To track everything- if im not tracking on SP- to atleast write everything down and when I ate it.
2. To exercise everyday for atleast for 60 minutes
3. To get outside and enjoy the Fall weather and get back to getting 10,000 steps daily
4. Post daily for the challenge
5. Drink lots of water




My Program:
Track my food, eat healthy foods, cook healthy meals at home, drink lots of water and exercise daily. My favorite exercise is walking. Its important to me to learn how to change my lifestyle into a healthy lifestyle and develop healthy habits. Not every day is going to be perfect- Ill have bad days, even bad weeks- that's why to me it is a lifestyle change- not a diet. I want to develop healthy habits that I know I can accomplish, and ones I know I can do the rest of my life- ones that won't make me feel deprived.



Personal Information:
I've been married for over 12 years. My husband is a dairy farmer, and his family owns a dairy farm. I help them milk cows in the mornings. I have 7 very spoiled indoor cats.
