Living Up To My Potential!

Fitness Minutes: 345

My Goals:
I will fit into a size 8 dress before Dec. 30, 2013. I will reach my goal weight of 160lbs, and love and be proud of who I am!

My Program:
 I will be controlling portions, limiting calorie intake and including more raw foods in my diet. I will also exercise 3-5 times per week for at least 30 minutes.
