All my life, I have been healthy but heavy but always wanting to be "thinner". I finally started to workout regularly--5 days a week at the gym. THEN, I got pregnant. A funny thing happened then. Many people at my gym didn't reallize that I was pregnant at all cause as the baby was starting to grow out I was shrinking. All in all, I gained a mere 18 pounds during my pregnancy and I know it was because I was exercising. Unfortunately, after my son was born, I found it near impossible to get to the gym. I ended up gaining much of the weight back. Now, my baby is nearly 7 years old and it's time to start thinking of me again. I want to be around to see him grow up and since his birth, my blood pressure and cholesterol are up--not dangerously high, but I need to do SOMETHING about it before it gets out of control.

I need to learn heathier eating habits and work exercise into my schedule EVERYDAY!!

My Program:
I know what foods to eat but temptation is my biggest problem! I lack willpower. Been tracking my calories and it has really help me to see how much food (and how many calores) I was eating. Journaling works!
