Always working on health
I started SP in July of 2005, lost 20 LBS by Thanksgiving 2005, and then found out I was pregnant. I have not been able to stay on track and keep the weight off. I am about 3 LBS away from my highest weight again and don't want to that again. SO I am going to try and get back on track AGAIN and lose this 35 LBS I need to get rid of.

You might check out weightgrapher.com. You enter your weight daily and it shows your average weight. For me, it really helped take the drama out of those daily fluctuations.
