My Goals:
I want to go back to my pre-pregnancy weight by being a mindful eater. I also want to improve my body image so I can show my kids how to do the same.

My Program:
 - Try to walk at least 20' every day
- Drink at least 10 cups of water a day
- Do my yoga routine every morning

    Awwww.... sweet! What's her name? I bet she's beautiful :-) Yes, they do grow fast. My daughter was in town for Christmas and I was thinking about that. She was just a baby yesterday, and now she's 26 years old! What happened????
