    Our monthly challenge is the "November 2013 Fitness Challenge" emoticon You compete with your own fitness pledge. Feel free to join at any time. The weekly challenges change from week to week on Sunday and cover various topics. This week it's called the "Back to Basics" and will concentrate on all the things we should to be successful on our journey to a new person. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    emoticon The great thing about a weekly challenges is that they are short term so you don't get bored. We also maintain a bi-monthly challenge to help you with other goals you may have. Our newest one will help you deal with a plateau or jump start a new time of weight loss.

    Hi Curveright!
    So - I signed up to Spark quite a while ago - back when I would human-power commute to work ... bike to work & then jog home and the next morning jog there and bike home. I'd do this all week. It was AWESOME ... till I injured my hip, then I injured my shoulder and then a whole bunch of stuff went down ... anyway ... I'm back to biking now - and hope to bike up a bluff that's in my town with my college students next spring and doing my first 5k in like 4 years in a couple weeks.

    But ... my first "car" was a Yamaha - ENJOY friend! Make life FUN
