    Hello and welcome to the Mississippi Spark Team. The one bit of advice I can offer is to take advantage of the nutrition tracker and drink half your body weight in ounces of water. It really helps. Good Luck and God Bless.

    A few things that I have found helpful are:

    1st - Realize that I can't do this on my own - ONLY THROUGH JESUS CHRIST who strengthens me
    2nd - I try to drink 100 ounces of water everyday (drinking that much water gives me no time to drink sodas anymore - If I drink anything else now it is unsweet tea)
    3rd - Tracking my food - most of the time
    4th - Most recently I have started joining in on one of my team's challenges. This has helped to keep me focused.
    5th - Spending lots of time on SP encouraging others has helped to keep my mind OFF of FOOD!
    6th - Tell myself every day that I AM STRONG - I AM DETERMINED - I AM SUCCESSFUL!!!!
